How to Return or Exchange:

1. Please contact customer service via your order comments section (first log into your account and view your order) or by replying to emailed order confirmation or an update to your order. If necessary, please contact Wills Young at 760-920-5348 (cell).


2. Please package your goods carefully and enclose a note stating whether you request an exchange or a refund.

4. Always retain proof of postage. NOTE: Unless they are defective or you received items different to what you ordered, goods are returned at your own expense. We will cover reasonable return shipping expenses for any mistaken shipments or defective items you received.


5. We will apply a refund credit or create an exchange order as soon as we receive your return (we can also issue a check, if preferred).
